I've seen a whinter beater 84-85 tm4 with hubcaps. Silver as well. It was on ilsland park drive heading to the hull side to the Champlain bridge.

Same car?

I can't for the life of me remember if this one had hub caps or those honeycomb-like wire wheels, but it did have a sunroof.
