From the proportioning valve to the rear distribution block what's the line size?

I measured mine. It looks like 1/4 to me.

yep checked it tonight, 1/4"...   next project, as the brakes are already apart...  line lock.  my mechanic buddy is laughing at me but...  the plan is to install a manual line lock.  I come from a recent 4x4 back ground(97 5.9 gas ram with 8" lift, custom 200lbs bumper with 12000lb winch etc..), so a manual line lock represents a much lower failure rate than electronic... picked up a 6000 psi valve today from one of my suppliers, so I'll be plumbing it in this weekend.   I'll try to post full pics of the upgrades.

After they split they are 3/16, but you can use 3/16 all the way back if you want.  It's not a high volume system.
