Dan recently completed a 3800 swap for me (his last one?), just wanted to say thanks for going above and beyond what anyone else would do to help get my car running right.
Since the first night I picked it up last week, I've been getting a misfire on cylinder #2. In the process of trying to figure out the problem, we replaced the spark plugs, #2 plug wire, all 3 coil packs (twice), the ignition module (also twice) and the computer. Dan even made a trip down to Belleville to replace all 6 injectors. After all that, it was still missing on the same cylinder.
Turns out it was the connector to the #2 injector that wasn't connecting properly. After swapping all the spare parts over the last week, tonight when we were standing around scratching our heads Dan pulled the tip off the connector and adjusted the pins. Problem solved, the car ran sweet from Peterborough back to Belleville (finally!). Easily the fastest car I've ever driven, it's gonna be tough to keep it under the speed limit!

Engine is a Series III from an '06 Grand Prix GT. Stock for now, minus the northstar throttlebody.
I'll be driving it for the next couple months, then taking it off the road for the winter. Plans while she's sitting: clean and rebuild suspension with poly bushings, lowering springs & coilovers, bigger brakes, rims & tires and prep for paint in the spring. Should be fun.
