.....................some stoopid prelude  Angry ran into my driver's door.....so i need to replace the guts i think...


it happened last night, and i had to work today so i haven't really had a chance to assess the damage in total but i think all ill need is the door, hinges and necessary hardware...

I think we have an extra driver's side door.

Naked (no skin, inner panel, or mirror), manual window & lock.  No clue what shape the hinges are in.

Give me a day or two to dig it out and look at it more closely.

It's up on an overhead shelf in a semi-hard to reach spot; I'll make time this weekend to dig it out and have a look.

Got the door down...

A bit of surface rust here & there; nothing scary.  Needs new hinge pins; the roller on the lower hinge is a bit skewed; latch works but needs a clean & re-lube.
