RARE*** Prototype Fiero Intake Manifold

This is for the true Fiero collector. This Intake manifold was designed by GM as a prototype Peice and is the ONLY ONE in existence (according to the engineer whom I got it from) The intake is designed with Longer runners and a built in throttle body. Given that it was originally cast in late 84 for the GT V6 project that makes this peice 20 years old. And it took nearly 20 years to Surface.

Rare Peices like this don't often come around , and after speaking with a few of the Fiero worlds renouned historians it's quite remarkable that this actually made it out of GM hands.

   
   

This intake was designed to increase low end torque  and top end power with it's ""direct entry"" (as the engineer called it) design. Also note the less restrictive (bent) runners...less disturbance into the cylinders

   
   
   
   


An intake like this is a true conversation peice , wether it be on your V6 , or your coffee table.
With the beloved fiero extinct 16+ years peices like this will no doubt become harder and harder to find. The majority of parts such as these are usually scrapped.
