Good to see you guys are still here, I have been off the Fieros for a while sort of busy with court and lawyers fighting my ex bitch and her lies but also enjoying my kids which I was able to get back from the sow.

Don't get on line very often busy most of the time with the kids and my girlfriend and her kids.
Due to the charges my ex and her lieing daughter have on me right now I ended up moving in with my girlfriend to get joint custody for both us of my kids until I can clear my name and get sole custody of them.
Worked out quite well so far as I really do like spending time with my larger family just the stress of the court battle ahead of me that is the problem but we planned on eventually moving in together any ways.
I am finding it very hard to prove I did not do some thing close to ten years ago and the courts are still very biased on the sides of the females leaving it up to the guy to prove his innocence entirely not just prove reasonable doubt. Dan

I am finding the justice system is very messed up the cops only care about making arrests and the crowns their conviction records, no where is there any concern about actual guilt.
During the prelim it was so obvious they were lying the judge constantly kept giving the WTF look at the crown and quite often had to cover his face to hide his laughing at the crap but it still goes to trial.
The crowns exact words were if a jury directed in the right manor and given just selected pieces of testimony might just might find him guilty therefore it has to go to trial.
The Judge actually apologized to me for not being able to stop all the nonsense at this point and told me to just do what my lawyer tells me and I should be ok.
Of course it does not matter how much they lie as long as the crown hears what she wants she is happy.
What a frigging joke the ex has every victims group every shelter or crisis center she can find putting pressure on the courts with her lies while she sits in my house with all my stuff and the kids stuff bringing in money by committing fraud and not giving up the kids stuff or mine and I am the one on trial facing fifteen years for some thing I did not do.
