If you get a chance get the guy who owns the red GT that is here now for a drive the gears have been changed in the getrag and it has been strengthened heavily. Combine that with all the mods on this thing and basically hang on tight this thing will plant you in the seat good and hard. Dan
Dan if you are able to find out in any detail what's been done to the tranny without pulling teeth, I'd appreciate it.
I'm still anticipating finding the 3-4 drop on the four speed to be too wide for comfortable track use. It should be a little less annoying once the 3800 is done, but... gah. Any misbehaving in the twisties with the 2.8 means either run it high & hard in 3rd, or below the power band in 4th.
