Considering the age of all our FIEROS i was wondering what i or we can do to protect the space from corrosion @ im not even sure of what material the frame is made off all steel or a mix of steel @ aluminum..... Im just a little concern if i prossed with other projects  one day i have to scrap it because of an unseen problems Undecided

from what I understand, the frame is all steel, and it was dipped into a paint during the manufacturing process.. So to keep it from rusting out on you you would have to prevent the rust from coming.. Maybe one of those rust sprays that the shops use ie: rust check.

I know after having to frantically search for an engine craddle early on in my swap was not a pleasureable experience so I can gurantee the next time I find a good craddle in the wreckers I'm buying it whether I need it or not.
