I have a line on a 3800 II aim thinking real hard on engine replacement
Right now a have a 84 2m4 2.5 4speed
I have been surfing for info but it seems to be all the same
I have a few unanswered?
The flywheel seem there a conflict they’re any info on it would be nice
Wiring is unclear any info there world help make my disision
Idont wont to venture in find out I need to rebuild the complete car to accommodate the new engine <>I do like the horsepower it will give the little car

It isn't the hardest conversion, but it is a conversion.  That means it won't just drop in and go.

The flywheel can either a Camaro (3800 std only) machined to the proper thickness or can be custom made.

You may need to fab mounts, hoses, fuel lines, exhaust and of course wiring.  The 4 cyl fuel pump needs to be changed. The wiring harness needs to be blended (Fiero/3800) and the 84 c500 connector should be moved to a better spot.  This is time consuming but not rocket science.  You may need to get a chip burned or modified.

Fieroflyer is likely armpit deep in this right now (lucky bugger) so he may be the guy to talk to.  He also has lots of wiring experience (hint..hint). Eric has a 3800 motor but is being very secretive......hehe!
