I may have to take it to court depending how serious the situation is. they say my car won't run ect yet it was in a1 mechanical. I was hopping that those of you who realyl know my car can attest to that.

well at least that pain color looks good!

Get hold of the insurance adjuster RIGHT AWAY.  Give him a list of the problems as well as a copy to MAACO.  That way everyone has the same items to work from.

The insurance guy is supposed to be working for you.  If he won't deal with you ask to speak to his supervisor. BE POLITE BUT FIRM.  The  shops make money from these guys and if they get a bad rep, they don't get referred.

If you cave in and accept it, then MAACO will say 'well he took the car, it must have been okay'   Put everything in writing and get everything MAACO tells you in writing from them as well.  If worst comes to worst you may have to go to small claims court.  If you have everything documented it will go a long way to show that you are not telling stories.

Call the Better Business Bureau and ask what else you can do.  That's what they do.  They can probably tell you how to go about it.
