I am completely overhauling my brakes on all four corners. I noticed the front rotors are one piece with the hub. Are the inner bearings pressed in or applied with hand pressure. And when buying a new bearing, does it come with the plastic seal?

The bearing races are pressed in to the hub; the bearings themselves float between the race & the spindle.
If you clean all the crud out from the inside of the hub, and have lots of patience, you can remove the races with a hammer & the right size of blunt object. Find the edge of the race, and start tapping... making sure you work completely around the circumference of the race, and don't plan on moving it more than about 1mm at a time. Someone probably makes a proper tool for this, but I've been using the hammer & blunt screwdriver trick for years and have yet to hurt anything with it.
Installing the new races is easiest if you find a socket with an outer diameter which is a hair less than the diameter of the race, and hammer it in to place (hitting the socket, not the race).
...and I haven't yet seen an inner wheel bearing sold complete with the grease seal. You'll likely need to purchase the seal separately.
