As always, please shoot me a message if you know of a car show which others may be interested in, or are willing to host a GTG.  Thanks!

What's involved to hosting a GTG?  I live in the Gatineau Hills on a large lakeside lot.  Is it to far of a drive....40 minutes from Ottawa?  The only downfall is that I live on a private one lane road about 1.6 km's of gravel.....not dusty as long as you go slow!!!

Do you have somewhere for folks to pee?  If "yes", you qualify to host a get-together.   Wink

Seriously...  all that's required is an open door an the willingness to put up with an unpredictable number of gearheads for a few hours.  There's no set format. Hosts can provide food and/or refreshments, or it can be pot-luck, or a mix of both. Someone usually starts a discussion thread a week or two in advance to hash out the details.

Given some of the locations of past GTGs, I doubt that the Gatineau Hills or a short run of gravel would be an obstacle.

There are alot of vacant spots in orleans so Once the snow is gona, I'll talk to someone about a friendly Hosting Smiley Oh and I also second Fiero Fighter's Location as he has a massive rural road in front of his house for the Rubber Show.
