HI all Thought I let you now I work in auto glass in auto trim for 25 years so anybody need help in this subject let me no I still have all my tools to do glass
Tip of the week replacing your headliner material is very easy in cheap 1-remove headliner panel remove old material try not to damage the shell if you can masking tape it back on if you the new foam will cover it 2- removing the old foam is very easy use a sander (like a air body sander works well) 3- blow off all the dust 4- headling&1/4 urethane foam & a can of spray glue from you local auto store 5- spray your shell fist in then the foam let it thought dry the apply the foam to the shell trim level with the edge of the shell cut hole of there is any 6-spray foam then headliner let it almost touch dry the you need someone to help you lay over the foam start from the center smooth it out to the out side edges making sure you have about one inches over hang 7- flip it over in apply glue to the shell in overlapping headliner fold it over pulling gentle to get a smooth edge on some headliner you leave the over hang there so check you old one before you remove the old material
If you any? Just ask please Rebel
