Anyone have the part number for the felt window guides handy?  Talking to the dealer over the phone, they don't see them.  These sit just below the outer glass seal (dew wipes) and do a fine job of scratching the glass.  Undecided

Assuming that the metal bracket itself is in good shape, rumour has it that the fuzzy side of self-stick velcro fasteners is an adequate material with which to restore those.
