Post by: edgell on January 08, 2009, 10:18:06 am hey hows it going i just got myself an 84 fiero i was wondering if anyone could give me some advise on it or a cheap place to get parts for it in ottawa, and another questing since the body is all fiber glass would it look good if i painted it myself?? ???

Quite a few of the locals have a stash of parts and lots of know-how. Feel free to ask questions. A lot is straight GM and available from parts stores or CT. The Fiero Store and Rodney Dickman in the USA have a great supply of hard to find things. Autobody101.com has a section on fiberglass and plastic. One of the guys is a Fiero owner and lots of answers to paint problems can be found. I have one in primer that I hope to try to paint when the weather is nicer. The hard parts are SMC and the rest is RRIM, 2 types of plastic. What area of town are you in? Gary |
