Title: Death of the Tank II
Post by: FieroBUZZ on December 10, 2008, 07:51:31 am
Okay, my tank II has gone over the edge.  Some township tool plowed the snow, left a big bump in the road, which froze solid.  It's all good, as they have corrected this situation by not plowing at all anymore.   :o  Poor tank plowed through but it took out the brakes.  Three spots (yeah, a bit rusty) in three separate lines leak.  Along with the windshield crack, and the hole in the exhaust pipe,  ^-^  his repair costs are climbing too high.  To add insult to injury he decided to lock the hood shut on me.  :(

Am now looking for a cheap (really cheap) LeSabre, Bonneville, or Olds 88 as a winter beater replacement.  One of these due to the supply of spares recycled or 'found' for my previous Tanks I and II.   O0
