Title: I'm so old.... Post by: FieroBUZZ on July 17, 2008, 10:27:30 am That this looks cool http://www.usedottawa.com/classified-ad/6459169 (http://www.usedottawa.com/classified-ad/6459169) >:D
A teenager down the road has a 4 door automatic that he got for 100 and is fixing. It has its exhaust exiting just in front of the rear wheel. He is apprenticing at a local garage. The owner has some nice muscle cars. He says "well, I'm not real sure about that exhaust pipe" O0 Title: Re: I'm so old.... Title: Re: I'm so old.... Post by: Madscanner on September 24, 2008, 07:03:40 am Sorry Gary, Chevettes don't become cool until someone stuffs a 350 in them. Or shoves a 2.3litre 4-cyl Lotus Twin Cam in them. ;) (http://www.droopsnoot.co.uk/Photos/ChevetteHSR.jpg) Although they have different body styles, the UK and North American Chevettes were built on the same platform. Title: Re: I'm so old.... Post by: dguy on September 29, 2008, 10:51:58 am In all seriousness, Chevettes were kinda cool for their time. Inexpensive to feed & maintain, and hard to kill. I abused an Acadian quite thoroughly for a few years until I used a failed clutch pedal bushing as an excuse to purchase a lonely Fiero in a consignment yard....
