Title: 3.4L CAM. Witch one??

ok. can anyone give me an aswer on this? people from PFF keep loading me with tons of useless info. :P

What cam do I put in the 3.4L that is best out of these 2.. stock 3.4L cam from Camaro or 2.8L cam from Fiero?

They both suck.  But if you have to choose one go with a stock fiero cam.  It has slightly more intake lift.

Dont know why you want to go with such a small cam though.

The Crane 260 cam is one of the best ones for making power.  Why do a swap if you aren't going to make anymore power??

If you dont' have to worry about emissions, or have a good cat, go with the Crane 272.  Big lift and duration.  You won't be dissapointed.

it's an eduro car.. I don't want to invest in the cam and new lifter right away.. I'd have to redo the whole valve train. This way i can just reuse the Fiero cam/lifters.

I won't feel so bad if I slam the car into a wall on the fist lap then. :P
