What cam do I put in the 3.4L that is best out of these 2.. stock 3.4L cam from Camaro or 2.8L cam from Fiero? thanks! Eric Title: Re:3.4L CAM. Witch one?? Post by: Shaun41178 on January 15, 2004, 08:13:53 pm They both suck. But if you have to choose one go with a stock fiero cam. It has slightly more intake lift.
Dont know why you want to go with such a small cam though. The Crane 260 cam is one of the best ones for making power. Why do a swap if you aren't going to make anymore power?? If you dont' have to worry about emissions, or have a good cat, go with the Crane 272. Big lift and duration. You won't be dissapointed. Shaun Title: Re:3.4L CAM. Witch one?? I don't want to invest in the cam and new lifter right away.. I'd have to redo the whole valve train. This way i can just reuse the Fiero cam/lifters. I won't feel so bad if I slam the car into a wall on the fist lap then. :P Cheers! Eric |
