Title: ATTN: GOFAST85
Post by: FieroBUZZ on September 11, 2003, 07:06:33 am
Brian, I see that 88 GT is now up for sale at 'best offer' status.

Also another car that you might be interested in is up for sale.  RJONES (not our Ron, a different one) has his 84 choptop for sale.  It also has a 3800 motor recently installed.  This is the red one with a 6" chop that so many pics went around last winter.  He is in Welland, ON and on the GTA fiero club forum as well.

That 88Gt is in Barrie and I should be able to look at it on Monday. Will have to check the frame and engine bay for rust. It was 2500 so it should go for less. I checked in Autotrader on a yellow 88SE in Niagra with broken timing gear. Wants 1500 but has an American title. He has paid the GST but I don't know if that there is any more to registering it in Ontario. Any experience on inported Yankee Fieros out there?? Will also be checking on the 84LTI (hopefully with Dan's keen eye) Ow BTW I will be doing some salmon fishing at Port Hope, if I can squeese in the time.

RJONES has a 87 bonni 3.8 That would be the series one.

I think he is asking 5,000 for the chop. I will also look for the rust on the Barie 88's in that location.
