I've made more purchases of varied types of things online than I can list here.

For me, basically it amounts to is...
  • if I can find what I'm looking for at a decent price;
  • shipping charges won't drive the total price over that of a retail store;
  • (if outside of Canada) exchange & Canada Customs won't bend me over the counter in the process;
  • there is no local store carrying the same or similar item which does not require an out-of-the-way stop to/from work, or one which keeps decent weekday hours;
...if all of those criteria are met, I'll click my admittedly lazy butt into making the purchase instead of "going shopping."

Thinking of starting an online retail business?  Smiley

I buy things that I simply can't get in Canada, like my keyboard.

Your only limitations are set from within, by a lack of vision.  But to have vision alone leaves the process idle.  Ergo, without action your thoughts are worthless.

I don't know what I have to say about that Keyboard...I know I wouldn't be able to use it thats for sure. :S

But yes I am thinking of opening up an online store.  I want to run a business Cheesy

So far I have some ideas on what to sell, but...They are not good Enough.  I want to have something that hardly any other place has, but...when I figure that out, someone will have it I swear :S

I've been looking at Russian mail order brides.  Grin   Grin

However, I'll bet they use the same o/s as the local kind.
