Title: 1996 SSEi 3800SC
Post by: 2ML67 on August 11, 2005, 01:42:55 pm
Found a 1996 Bonneville SSEi in the wreckers in Hastings this morning, its still in the car and can be heard running. Car appears to have been in a roll over but engine bay is fine. From what I could tell car was in great shape before accident. Mileage is 276,000 which is a bit high but they only want $800 for the engine, wiring harness and ignition module. Or $1,400 for the complete set up including 4T60E tranny and PCM. If any one is interested I can find out more or get you a phone number to contact them personally. Dan

Dan: Didn't you want one of these?

Sounds like swap bait.

Thanks Gary but as usual it never fails something always comes along at a time when you can't afford it. But yes that 3800SC would work real nice in a lumina van. Dan

Was at the wreckers yesterday, the motor is still there and can still be heard running if any one is interested. They have done a compression test the results were 170-180 across. Dan
