Need gas tank strap t-bolt

Does anyone have one of these t-bolts, I need one.

Can easily be made by using 1/4 inch threaded rod, cutting, welding then grinding smooth. Only need hack saw and mig welder or take to a welding shop they will usually do for very small cost. Dan

Ya that was my next option, just thought I'd try the easier one first.
