Here's a thought - call in every Ontario vehicle that you see that has even the slightest trace from a tailpipe. That might keep them too busy to bother the taxpayers who ultimately provide the support for all government foolishness. And yeah, really....what if you run a cool-down timer, can't simply shut off a turbo for instance. Can't simply get into a car start the engine and take off either, 5 mins minimum in my books on a cold engine. I could be ranting but really!
